Email Whitelisting

Thank you for subscribing to Scalable.

To Ensure You Are Receiving Your Scalable.co Emails, Please Do The Following:

Be sure to add the corresponding Scalable.co email addresses to your email white list to ensure the best chance of receiving our content and updates.

Whitelisting is a quick, one-time-only task to ensure our email address gets added to your address book or safe senders list.

Usually, all you need to do is open an email message and add us to your contact list.

Of course, every e-mail system is different. Below are instructions for some of the more popular ones. If yours isn’t here, please contact your ISP’s customer service folks for their instructions. (Forward the answer to us, and we might add it!)

Gmail Whitelisting (Webmail and mobile)

Getting all future emails from a sender to appear in the “Primary” tab (instead of “Promotions”, or elsewhere) is a quick, two-step process.

Step 1: Drag-and-drop the email message from beneath the tab it’s currently filed under, to the “Primary” tab

Step 2: Once done, a message alert will appear with, “This conversation has been moved to Primary. Do this for all future messages? Select “Yes”.

Step 3: On mobile, after opening one of the emails from Scalable, touch “Show images” then “Always show images from Scalable”. This will ensure that images always display in your inbox.

Apple Mail (OS X and iOS devices)

Both Apple Mail on OSX and Mail on iOS devices have a similar process for adding senders to Contacts:

Step 1: Select “From” or “Reply-to” on an email message, and choose “Add to Contacts” or “Add to VIPs”.

Outlook 20XX

When opening an email, an alert should display that says “Click here to download pictures…”

Step 1: Click there, and select “Add Sender to Safe Senders list.”

Outlook.com

After opening an email, an alert should display that says “Parts of this message have been blocked for your safety.”

Step 1: Beneath that alert, click the link that says “I trust [Scalable]. Always show content.”

Yahoo! Mail

After opening an email, a plus symbol should display next to our sender name.

Step 1: Select the plus symbol and an “Add to contacts” pop-up should appear.

Step 2: Select “Save”. “Parts of this message have been blocked for your safety.”

Android (Default client)

Step 1: Open an email from Scalable and touch the picture of the sender that displays before the message. Tap “Add to Contacts.”

Windows Live Desktop

After opening an email, an alert should display with “Some images in this message are not shown.”

Step 1: Select the link “Add to Safe Senders list.”

AOL Mail

Step 1: In the preview pane for an opened Scalable email, select our From name under the subject line, and select “Add Contact” from drop-down menu.
