Do you feel trapped by the need to handle everything in your business?
Is the fear of things falling apart if you step away overwhelming?
Are team-building and effective delegation feeling out of reach?
Does your work leave you too exhausted for personal enjoyment?
If you’re nodding yes, you’re not alone — and it’s not your fault.
As entrepreneurs, we’ve been lied to, time and time again…
Lie #1: The “Laptop Lifestyle”:
Popularized by best-selling books and social media, the “Laptop Lifestyle” suggests that entrepreneurs can operate a successful business from a beach with just a few hours of work each week.
Tim Ferris’s book, “The 4-Hour Workweek,” is often cited as a blueprint for this lifestyle. However, even Ferris himself admits to working significantly more than four hours.
Lie #2: The “Hustle Harder” Mantra:
Championed by icons like Gary Vee and Elon Musk, this approach equates longer working hours with greater success.
This “always on” mindset is frequently celebrated in entrepreneurial circles, suggesting that constant grinding is the key to achievement. However, this relentless pursuit often leads to severe burnout and mental health issues, including increased rates of depression among entrepreneurs.
Lie #3: The Standard 40-Hour Workweek:
Did you know that the 40-hour workweek only became a thing because Congress adopted the Adamson Act in 1916 establishing an 8-hour workday?
Simply because previously, the average workweek for full-time manufacturing employees was a whopping 100 hours.
No science, no data, just the U.S. government passing a law after over a hundred years of employee strikes and protests.
So, what’s the answer? The 20-Hour Workweek
20 hours may not seem like much, especially if you’re used to working 80 or 100 hours, but if you follow the right system, it can actually make you MORE productive, MORE successful, and much, MUCH happier.
I am so excited to share this process with you… because I know the power and potential it has for you as well as the impact it can make on your life and your business.
Imagine what’s possible when your business hits all its goals while you work only 20 hours a week!
