In 90 minutes, you’ll trade four beliefs keeping you stuck in youOS for four that make you exit ready, whether you ever exit or not.
If I just work harder, I’ll break through.
More Effort Isn’t The Answer. Less Of You Is.
The more valuable you are to your business, the less valuable your business actually is. The goal was never to work harder. It’s to make yourself unnecessary.
I have to document everything to scale.
You don’t need to document everything. Just the 10 to 20 things that matter.
Most founders think total documentation is the fix. It’s not, and it’s why they never finish. Document the critical few, and let the rest go.
More growth will fix my problems.
Growth alone won’t save you. It’s why 67% of Inc. 5000 companies still fail.
More leads and more sales feel like progress. Without a system underneath it, growth just makes the chaos bigger and the fires hotter.

Freedom means making more money.
Freedom isn’t more money. It’s a business that doesn’t need you.

I started my first business in my twenties so I could afford an engagement ring. I got the ring, and I got the girl. Then the business grew, and so did our family… four kids. By every metric that’s supposed to matter, I was winning. I had three different companies on the Inc 500 list in the same year.
I was also burnt out and miserable.
I was working 70-hour weeks, missing dinners, watching my kids grow up in the margins of my calendar, and telling myself I was doing it for them. Until my wife Emily looked at me one day and said something I’ve never forgotten: “You can keep doing what you’re doing, but you can’t pretend like you’re doing it for us anymore.”
That was the moment everything changed.
Since then, I’ve started or acquired 17 companies, had 4 exits, and now run a $200M+ ecosystem, including The Scalable Company and DigitalMarketer. People ask me how I run this many businesses without losing my mind.’
The honest answer? I don’t. My businesses do. I just built them that way.
That’s what I’m going to show you how to do in the next 90 minutes.
